The developer of these condominiums requested unique amenity laden floor plans. Specifically, he insisted that they not look or feel like garden apartments. Many homes feature private exterior entries. Some homes are highlighted by two living levels, similar to a townhouse with out the yard maintenance. Other homes span the width of the building, providing views to both the front (from the living area) and to the rear (from the bedrooms).
Since market flexibility is paramount, many homes are available with an optional den, or two master suites.
